Return & Refund Policy
At Believe Mohini International, we take pride in delivering high-quality dry fruits. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Damaged products during transit
- Incorrect item delivered
- Expired or spoilt product (rare cases)
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging to support your return request.
- Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products opened or consumed
- Orders returned without prior notice or approval
- Change of mind or personal dislike (for taste or texture)
